What if I need to return my purchase? Hassle-Free Return Policy

Satisfaction Guaranteed or Your Money Back!
We want you to be happy with your order from Joe’s Plant Nook. So, if you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, simply ship it back to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of your purchase price (this does not include your original shipping and handling fees nor the return shipping fees). No prior authorization is needed. Please call if you have questions and we are willing to work with you.


We must receive your returned purchase within 30 days of receipt in order to issue a refund. The final date by which we must receive your return is listed on the packing slip that is sent along with your order. If you have questions, do not hesitate to contact us. If you do not have a packing slip, include any tracking number from the original package. We will follow with the vendor.

After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will credit the approved refund amount to the credit card used to purchase the returned item(s). We do not accept COD returns of any kind.

For a return to be accepted, merchandise must be in its original purchase condition including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.

Items that are used, not in original packaging or otherwise not in new, saleable condition are subject to a minimum 15 percent (15%) restocking fee.

If you just want to exchange an item, please indicate on the back of the invoice. All exchanges and refunds will be processed within 2 weeks from the moment we receive all of the item(s) back. Please write the reason for your return, as well as your phone number, on the back of a copy of your invoice.

Enclose the invoice copy in the carton and wrap the package securely.

Late Returns:
We will work with you and your return. Availability of a replacement may be harder the longer past 30 days the return is received.  Items received after the 30-day return period may be rejected, and your package will be returned to you.

Exchanges:
To exchange a product you have purchased at Joe's Plant Nook, please return the item you received, following the directions above, and place a new order for the item you would like. Because products have limited availability and can sell out at any time, we recommend that you place your new order as soon as possible.

Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Merchandise: 
If you believe a product was shipped in error from Joe's Plant Nook defective, or was damaged in transit, contact us at decernms@hotmail.com. Note: All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. We do realize there are exceptions to every practice and will work with you if you have exceeded the 30 days. Please contact us for possible arrangements.
