If I put something in my Shopping Cart, but when I went to Checkout, it was already sold out. What happened?
Our products are supplied by selected vendors. On occasion stock becomes limited or depleted. While we regularly update product availability, there is always the unfortunate moment when we have not received this information prior to your order. We will work with our vendors to determine if the item has been temporarily out of stock or removed from the product line. We well provide you with information as soon as we know.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Pay Pal, MasterCard, or Visa or and personal checks. If you prefer to mail your order, follow the instruction outlined on the order form.

Will you collect sales tax on my order?
We are required by law to collect state sales tax on all orders shipped to Missouri and shipped from California.

We want you to be happy with your order from Pampered Pets Nook. So, if you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, simply ship it back to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of your purchase price (this does not include your original shipping and handling fees). No prior authorization is needed.
We must receive your returned purchase within 30 days of receipt in order to issue a refund. The final date by which we must receive your return is listed on the packing slip that is sent along with your order. If you have questions, do not hesitate to contact us. If you do not have a packing slip, include any tracking number from the original package. We will follow with the vendor.
After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will credit the approved refund amount to the credit card used to purchase the returned item(s). We do not accept COD returns of any kind.
For a return to be accepted, merchandise must be in its original purchase condition including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.
We must receive your returned merchandise by the return date indicated on the front of your packing slip. Items received after the 30-day return period will be rejected, and your package will be returned to you.
To exchange a product you have purchased at Joes Plant Nook, please return the item you received, following the directions above, and place a new order for the item you would like. Because products have limited availability and can sell out at any time, we recommend that you place your new order as soon as possible.
Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Merchandise
If you believe a product was shipped in error from Joes Plant Nook defective, or was damaged in transit, contact us at email@example.com. Note: All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. We do realize there are exceptions to every practice and will work with you if you have exceeded the 30 days. Please contact us for possible arrangements.
How will you ship my order and when will it arrive?
Most orders ship within four to seven business days from the date we receive them. If we as shipping African Violets, the order will normally ship 7 - 12 day depending if there is a stock issue. Your order will be shipped standard Ground (estimated to arrive within seven to ten business days after shipping. Normal shipping for African Violet plants is 3 - 4 days.) unless you specify an expedited shipping option at Checkout. Currently, our expedited shipping options include 3-Day Express, 2-Day Express, and Next Day Express.
Place Express orders Monday through Friday to be eligible for next day shipment with an occasional exception. We do not ship to northern states from November 1 through April 1. If your order will require a longer time, we will contact you at the e-mail or phone number supplied. If you would like an update when shipment will occur, send a note to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will let you know when the order is expected to be released. Further, we do not offer delivery or shipping on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
After your order ships from our warehouse, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent. Please note: if your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. Shipping will come from our affiliated vendors. We will send you a shipping confirmation e-mail after each package ships.
Please note: your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address. We need this additional time to verify your credit information.
How soon will my order ship?
Most items are available to ship in two to four business days. For those items that are custom made or the stock is not ready, there will be a longer turnaround. We can contact you and let you know when you can expect delivery and verify that time is acceptable. In some cases, we can arrange to expedite the order.
Why does my order have a strange return address?
All of our featured products are sent from our associated vendors. Most will make the return address theirs to ensure proper return if there are problems or damage during shipment. In you would like to know the vendor's name, send an e-mail to email@example.com and we will reply with the vendor's name.
If you are placing an order and your mailing/billing address is outside the U.S., please contact us via the Contact Us form with your order #, descriptions, etc. and all shipping / billing / phone # / credit card information. We will arrange for payment through our secure card processing. You will receive an e-mail from firstname.lastname@example.org or call to confirm the order and date you can expect receipt.
